Stefan Junk Holding UG is the data controller. This release has no newsletter, email capture, account, advertising pixel, or user profile. Optional Firebase Analytics loads only after explicit consent.

Hosting and required delivery data
Firebase Hosting, a Google service, delivers the site and necessarily processes request data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information, and security signals. This supports reliable and secure delivery under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Hosting logs are handled under the applicable Google and Firebase terms and retained only as required for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
Optional Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics by Google is disabled by default and initializes only after “Allow analytics” is selected. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG.
After consent, Google may process the page URL and title, event timestamp, browser and device information, IP-derived approximate location, and cookie or device identifiers. NicheMint sends manual page views, selected decision-path labels, outbound platform destinations, Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, and CLS), and bounded runtime-error categories. It does not send email addresses, form values, free-text input, error messages, stack traces, or account data.
Google Ireland Limited provides the service for EEA users and may use approved transfer safeguards for processing outside the EEA. User-level Analytics event retention is limited to no more than 14 months; aggregated reports may remain without direct identifiers.
Cookie and browser storage inventory
The consent record is first-party browser storage set by NicheMint Studio. The Analytics cookies are first-party cookies set on .nichemintstudio.com by Google Analytics only after consent. None of the Analytics cookies is strictly necessary to use the site.

Consent choice and withdrawal
Declining analytics leaves Firebase Analytics unloaded. The choice itself is stored in localStorage so the site can remember it. “Privacy settings” remains available on every page to clear the choice, disable future collection, remove the NicheMint Analytics cookies available to this site, and ask again.
Withdrawal affects future collection and does not invalidate processing that occurred while consent was active. Browser controls can also clear site data. Google may retain previously collected consented events according to the retention period above.
No newsletter or email capture
Newsletter signup and email delivery are disabled for this release. Enabling either capability would require a new human-approved privacy review and an updated notice before collection begins.
Your rights and complaint route
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to a data-protection authority.
The competent authority for the Berlin controller is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
